"NO ACT OF KINDNESS, NO MATTER HOW SMALL, IS EVER WASTED."
-Aesop
While searching for a better way to receive donations we came across Better World, an organization dedicated to ensuring that non-profit organizations will always have the ability to raise funds for their causes in a simple, safe, and effective way.
We have been making changes that will help the animals in our care and we believe Better World is one of those changes.
Our Better World site has a basic donation campaign that will run at all times but in the future, we are going to add additional campaigns (like an emergency fund) as well as "impactful donations". These donations will be for specific things like a spay/neuter/etc., that way you know exactly where your donation is going.
We will also be able to host giveaways, raffles, auctions and many other things that we wouldn't have been able to host before, which will allow us to create some new fundraising events in the community!

We still have traditional methods of donating listed below, as well as a link to our Venmo and Amazon wishlist!
We are able to continue our mission by receiving donations from people just like you! We are always accepting monetary donations as well as gift donations from Amazon and things you may have around the house that you no longer need!
*If you would like to donate through Venmo, click the button below!

Because of you...
We recently reached out to the community because we had kittens in need. Mira was one of those kittens and when she came into the shelter, she was frozen and couldn't open her eyes.
The overwhelming support from the community was necessary to help little miss Mira and she quickly began her journey to becoming a healthy playful kitten, ready for her forever home.
We cannot thank you enough, without your generous donations helping animals in bad situations would be much harder and at times not possible.
We are able to do what we do because of every donation, no matter the size. There are no "small" donations when you are donating to save an animals life.
Mira, ready to find her fur-ever home!
